Ordered the Wrong Size Belt?
Is the belt you just received too short or too long? Once you discover that your belt doesn't fit well, please stop wearing it immediately. We accept exchanges for belts that have been tried on and worn briefly, but NOT for belts that show significant wear and tear from regular extended usage. To exchange your belt for the correct size, simply return it within 30 days from receipt and we'll send you a replacement. Please include a note with the size you need along with your name, address, original order #, phone number, and email. Send the belt to:
All Beltman products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR of purchase. This DOES NOT cover abuse on your part. If your product is received with a workmanship or material defect, please contact us by telephone or email and let us know about the problem immediately.
Return Procedure: CALL US FIRST!
To return any Beltman product for a refund, within 30 days of receipt, you must contact us first by telephone (205-415-5000). We will need your name, address, order number, and the reason the product is being returned. We do not refund shipping charges from the original order.
